Online quotation and ordering
WebWindows is the internet version of MatrixWindows PVC. The application works completely in an internet browser. So whether you're behind a PC, behind a tablet or behind a smartphone, you can make an online calculation at any time, generate a quotation and place an order.
For resellers and individuals
WebWindows can be used as an online web store, both for the business market (resellers) and for the private market. Per reseller agreements on prices and margins can be processed. And the PDF with the quotation calculation can also be set up per reseller.
Also for own showrooms and sales consultants
Door & windows factories with multiple sales points also choose to use WebWindows as an internal tender tool. Articles and prices can be centrally managed, while sales consultants can draw up a quotation from any showroom or customer from a tablet on site.
Ordering and direct production
WebWindows is directly connected to MatrixWindows, the application that runs in the factory environment. If an order is made online, the windowframes, doors and windows can be taken directly into production and forwarded to the machine. With this an online order can go into production the same day!
Integrated sales and production software
Many webshops have developed a glossy website for internet sales. Often it is limited to the most essential calculation options. And if an order is processed, the details have to be worked out and all data has to be re-entered in the software for the production. That does not apply to WebWindows! Ordered PVC windowframes can be processed directly by MatrixWindows PVC and can be sent to the machines directly by MatrixWindows CNC.
Integrated in your own website
WebWindows can function as a module within your own website. The application is built so that it can be activated as a module or a building block within your own commercial website. The specialists from Matrix contact your own website builder. You are able to give the webshop a unique 'look & feel', completely in line with your own house style.
Standard software with the flexibility of customization
WebKozijn is built out of building blocks and can be arranged by Matrix based on your own wishes & requirements. And if extra functionality is requested, we can issue a proposal for the realization of a new building block. For example, we have developed a configurator for window fittings and hinges for a customer and, for example, we have also developed an application for purchasing doors.
